Why we collect it

Only to fulfil and follow up your order: preparing it, contacting you to confirm it, and delivering it to your address. We do not use it for anything else and we do not send marketing messages.

Payment information

We do not collect or store any card details. Payment is made in cash on delivery, or through Sham Cash arranged directly with you on WhatsApp.

Who we share it with

We share your name, phone number and address with the courier, to the extent needed to deliver the order. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Cookies

The site uses strictly necessary cookies only: to keep your cart contents, your chosen language, your chosen currency and your browsing session. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention

We keep order data for as long as needed to fulfil it, handle any later question or return, and for accounting records.
