Ordering

You can order as a guest without creating an account. When the order is placed you are given an order number; use it together with your phone number on the order tracking page to follow its status.

Prices and currency

Prices are shown in US dollars. You can view them in Syrian pounds using the currency switcher; the pound amount is calculated at the store's exchange rate at the time of display and may change.

Stock reservation

Placing an order reserves the stock for 24 hours. If the order is not confirmed within that time, the reservation is released and the items become available to others.

Order confirmation

An order is not confirmed merely by being placed on the site. We contact you on WhatsApp to confirm the details and agree the delivery cost, after which the order moves to confirmed.

Delivery

The delivery cost is not included in the product price and is agreed with you after the order, based on your area. Delivery time varies by destination and is communicated at confirmation.

Payment

Payment is in cash on delivery, or through Sham Cash arranged with us. We do not accept online payments through the site.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp.

Accuracy

We take care over specifications, prices and images. If an obvious error appears in a price or a specification, we contact you before fulfilling the order and give you the choice to proceed or cancel.
